1 Million Free Pictures is Born!

While cleaning my hard drive one day, I found out that about 95% of the space was taken up my amateur photos after only after 2 years of amateur photography. I asked myself. "What am I going to do with 400 pictures of flowers?". I really have no plans of selling them [because I know no one in his right mind will buy them] so I searched for ways to store them without taking much space in my limited computed drive until I discovered photo blogging. 1 Million Free Pictures was born in September 25, 2013.

First 1,000 free pictures dedicated into the public domain!
October 25, 2013After only about a month, I dedicated my first 1,000 free pictures into the public domain! I was so happy.
First Birthday!
September 2014September 25, 2014. 1 Million Free Pictures was 1 year old with 4,000 free pictures! I did not celebrate. I was just glad my photo blog has now picked up decent traffic.
5,000 Free Pictures!
November 2014I hit my 5,000 free pictures in November 2014! I still have about 63,000 pictures in my hard drive and I create about 200-400 pictures every week. When am I ever gonna post these pictures?! Next stop? 10,000 free pictures!

January 4, 2018Our little known photo blog has now reached 2,000,000 views! It's a small win but hey, it just means the last 4 years have been great for our public domain photo blog!
