Francesco Guerra:Hey Chris, great video and great tips! Just one tip that I don't really agree with is the last about giving money to locals to shoot. Obviously it varies from subject to subject, but if many others starts doing so, it may lead to a small business of locals doing stuff for money. I remember at a photography workshop a Nat Geo photographer being pissed about photographers that gave money to take pictures of indigenous people in Tanzania or Papua New Guinea, telling that now some locals will set everything up to give photographers what they want.So it would be best to "lose" some time more, interact with locals and then ask them for pictures (free), so they wouldn't get used to receive money for that.
