Bokeh Photography – The Easy Way

Wonderful tutorial.  How would I take bokah shots (without a particular subject) so I can print them out and use them as bokah backdrops for bird photography set ups? I would prefer not to use  an editing program just yet. Thanks in advance. - Helen Long
